Refund policy
This policy states when we refund a Tideglyph payment, and how. Write to the support address to ask for a refund.
A plan
We do not refund the unused days of a plan. When you cancel, your plan stays open to the end of the period you paid for. Paystack then makes no further charge.
The natal report and the year ahead
Tideglyph makes each report as soon as Paystack confirms the payment. You can open it at once, and it stays yours. We do not refund a report after you open it, unless the law below gives you the right.
Your rights under the law
The law gives some rights that this policy cannot remove. Each right below applies to a natural person, not to a company.
- Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 can give you a right to cancel within seven days. Section 42(2) of that Act can remove the right for a service that starts at once with your consent. Write to the support address within seven days if you want to rely on it, and we answer each request.
- Section 43(3) of the same Act gives you a right to cancel within 14 days if we fail to publish a required detail.
- Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 can give you a right to cancel on 20 business days notice.
A charge in error
We refund the full amount of a charge that is a mistake. This includes a double charge, and a charge after the cancel date we confirmed to you.
How a refund works
- Write to the support address from the email address on your account.
- Give the date and the amount of the payment.
- We answer within one business day.
- Paystack pays an agreed refund back to the card that paid, within 30 days.
